Kugler Qualifies For HSR Finals; Relays And Individuals Put Their Best Foot Forward

Wabash senior Coleson Kugler qualified for the HSR Finals in the 60 meter dash next Saturday in Indianapolis by virtue of his 6.99 clocking. To qualify for the HSR Finals an athlete needs to post a top 24 mark in their respective event over the course of the last 3 weeks. The Distance Medley Relay of James Unger, Kamden Oswalt, Coleson Kugler, and Ezra Church recorded their best time of the indoor season - 11:37. The 4x8 relay of Luis Trejo, Carsen Morgan, Landen Fisher, and Carter Pegg competed fiercely. Luis and Carsen ran PR's on their particular legs of the relay. The 4x4 relay of Isaiah Jones, Preston Cantrell, Ian Edmond, and Michael LePage ended the meet almost equaling their best time from a week ago. Preston Cantrell also ran in the 60m dash for the first time clocking an 8.0 second Keaton Fairchild put the shot 34' an almost 3 foot improvement.
