Wabash Middle School Wins Opening Match.

The Wabash Middle School golf team delivered a strong performance in their match against Eastbrook, earning a decisive 166–206 victory. Leading the way for Wabash was Jeffery Small, who fired an impressive 39 to tie for medalist honors. He narrowly missed out on claiming sole medalist after falling in a play-it-back tiebreaker. Close behind were Camden McKee with a 41 and Carson McKee with a 42, giving Wabash a solid top-three finish. Kedryn Evenson rounded out the scoring with a 44, helping secure the team win. Zoey Burns contributed a 55 to complete the varsity scoring lineup. Wabash also saw valuable contributions from several golfers competing outside of the scoring positions. Will Sullivan posted a strong 48, followed by Camille Coffman with a 55. Eston Stahl shot a 62, while both Lilith Brookshire and Dallas Burton turned in rounds of 67. Nicholas Hipskind added a 72. Overall, it was a well-rounded team effort, with multiple players posting competitive scores and continuing to build depth across the lineup. The win highlights the team’s progress and sets a positive tone moving forward in the season.
