Wabash High School

The Wabash High School boys cross country team competed in the Taylor University Invitational Saturday morning coming in 5th out of 15 schools. Homestead won the meet followed by Yorktown in 2nd, Zionsville in 3rd, and Western in 4th. This was the first meet of the season in which all Apaches competed. Kamden Oswalt, competing in his first meet of the season was the first Apache to cross the line, coming in 16th. Ezra Church also running in his first meet of the season came in 27th. James Unger wasn't far behind in 30th place. Kedryn Evenson raced to a 50th place finish with Luis Trejo rounding out the top five in 72nd. Kalib Mabery raced well coming in 90th with Landen Fisher close on his heels in 98th. Demetri Shull improved his racing tactics this week coming in 106th and both Carter Pegg and Barrett Benzinger dropped significant time from the previous week coming in 130th and 132nd respectively
