Wabash High School

The Wabash girls varsity soccer team fell to TRC newcomer Northwestern with a score of 5-0. Goalkeeper Kait Honeycutt again had a strong night in goal with 24 saves. After finding themselves down 4-0 at the half and with no subs due to injury/illness, Wabash allowed only one goal the 2nd half and quite a few scoring opportunities and great passing combinations with the midfield and forwards. Shots on goal tonight came from Brookelynn Buzzard, Logan Wright and freshman Olivia Wilkin, who played strong minutes for Wabash. The Lady Apaches are now 4-3 on the season and 2-2 in the TRC. Wabash will play their last TRC game of the season next Tuesday at Manchester.
