Wabash High School

The Wabash Lady Apaches fought hard tonight against a strong Eastbrook team, after letting an early goal on in the first half, Wabash kept Eastbrook from finding the back of the net again in the first half. Wabash was able to put some offensive pressure on in end of the first and Brookelynn Buzzard put away a beautiful goal from just outside the 18. Wabash went into halftime 1-1. Eastbrook continued to prove to be a very organized and attacking team and proved to be too much for Wabash with players playing in new positions. Goalkeeper Kait Honeycutt finished with 20 saves on the the night. Wabash gave a tremendous effort, finishing their season with a record of 9-7.
