Wabash High School

The Wabash High School boys track team opened their season with some impressive performances at an indoor meet at Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday. Coleson Kugler started off in the 60 meter dash clocking a 7.06, coming in 3rd. Jace Bullins came in 10th in the 3200 with a time of 10:07 The 4x800 meter relay of Jonas Church, Caidan Burchett, Isaiah Cordes, and Ezra Church added a 6th place finish with a 8:34 The 4x200 meter relay of Coleson Kugler, Kristian Stanton, Isaiah Jones, and Colin Patton finished 11th with a 1:40.42 The Distance Medley Relay of Ezra Church, Brett Shull, Caidan Burchett, and Jonas Church came in 10th with a 11:46 In field events Kristian Stanton came in 22nd in long jump while Dylan Pence and Gerry Lee came in 40th and 42nd respectively. The Apaches have 2 more weeks to post qualifying marks for the Hoosier State Relays Final in Indianapolis on March 29th. At the end of the qualifying window the top 24 times / distances in the state for each event will have the opportunity to compete in the Hoosier State Relays Final.
