Wabash High School

The Wabash High School boys track team traveled to Indiana Wesleyan University Saturday for their second Hoosier State Relay Qualifier. Highlighted by the boys distance medley, the Apaches put forth great efforts in many events. The aforementioned distance medley relay of Isaiah Cordes, Coleson Kugler, Caidan Burchett, and Ezra Church turned in the second best time in Wabash history - 11:06.65 en route to a 3rd overall place finish. In other events Coleson Kugler improved on his performance from a week ago turning in a 7.03. The 4x800 meter relay of Jace Bullins, Kasen Oswalt, Kamden Oswalt, and Brett Shull came in 10th. The 4x200 relay of Kristian Stanton, Isaiah Jones, Colin Patton, and Jarrett McWhirt came in 20th. The 4x400 meter relay of Preston Cantrell, Caidan Burchett, Isaiah Jones, and Brett Shull came in 15th. In field event action Braxten Beeks came in 24th and Gerry Lee 40th in hot put while Kristian Stanton came in 18th in long jump
