Wabash High School Boys Track Team Fine Tunes Performances In Meet Against Lewis Cass

The Wabash High School boys track team competed against Lewis Cass Wednesday afternoon fine tuning performances for this Friday's home invitational. Jarrett McWhirt posted career bests in the long jump (19' 0.25") and in the high jump (5' 4") coming in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Kamden Oswalt ran is best 1600 of the season so far going sub 5:00 at 4:59. Isaiah Jones also set a career mark in the 300 hurdles going 46.8. Gabe LePage ran an amazing 400 clocking a 1:02 good for a career best. Michael LePage crushed his 800 with a 2:34 good for a new personal best. Preston Cantrell competed in long jump for the first time in his freshmen season going 17' 10.5" The Apaches will be back in action at their home invitational Friday night starting at 5:30.
