Wabash Girls Golf Survives Storms, Improves by 25 Strokes at TRC Tournament The Wabash High School girls golf team battled through thunderstorms, wet conditions, and a tough field in the Three Rivers Conference (TRC) Tournament. Despite the challenges, the Apaches showed grit and determination, finishing with a team score of 474 — a 25-stroke improvement over their season-opening 18-hole tournament. Wabash was led by Kaylee Indruzt (102) and Kaitlyn Brewer (104), who both turned in steady rounds in the difficult weather. Alexis Indrutz shot 131, followed by Scarlett Brookshire with 137, and Marta Steller at 142. While the Apaches finished last in the team standings, their marked improvement and perseverance through adverse conditions demonstrated the progress they’ve made this season.
