Boys High School Cross Country Wins 8th TRC Championship In 9 Years; Cordes Individual Champion

Isaiah Cordes' individual win propelled the Wabash High School Boys Cross Country Team to the TRC Championship at Manchester Saturday morning. This was the 8th TRC championship in the last 9 years, and 4th consecutive. In addition to Cordes', Wabash had 4 other all conference runners - Ezra Church (2nd), Caidan Burchett (4th), Kamden Oswalt (5th), and James Unger (6th). The team finished with 18 points. Northwestern came in 2nd with 42, Cass 3rd with 94, Northfield 4th with 104, Manchester 5th with 126, Maconaquah 6th with 147, and Peru 7th with 157. Matthew Niles returned from injury and came in 43rd. Landen Fisher was close behind in 47th. Kalib Mabery finished 49th. There were 78 runners in the race
